How
to read a color chart:
The colors are arranged in
families. Each color family has a name,
like Strawberry, and a range of values from
light to dark. There are
usually 5-6 shades in each group, although some groups have
more.
Can't make out the
number? Give us the name, and about
where it fits in the family (next-to-darkest,
for example) and we'll do the rest..

Notice: Only the 1/4 pound
quantity is
continuous. All the
other sizes are CUT to
30" strands.
Contact another store in
your area for the continuous
skeins - we don't carry
them.

3 ply persian wool is perfect for
needlepoint. Here's how we sell it:
- a knot has 10 strands of wool cut to
30" each. Over 8 yards
- 1/8 pound has about 9-10 knots worth of
yarn, but it's all in one overhand hank.
We CUT a 1/4 pound hank in half at both ends
to make this. Approx. 86 yds.
- 1/4 pound is the only quantity we sell in a
continuous skein. See our tips for
coverage, usage, quantities and more. Approx.
172 yds.
