We normally ship by US Priority Mail to addresses and PO Boxes with 3 day average delivery (not guaranteed).  Occasionally we use UPS, but not to PO Boxes.  Heavy items or large yarn orders may be shipped direct from the manufacturer.  They use UPS, so let us know if UPS isn't an option.

We can now track most domestic parcels with our internet postage program! Your confirming email will have a link to our website where tracking information is posted daily, when possible.

We do not offer expedited shipping.

We try to keep all items in stock, but it is difficult to predict demand and sometimes we underestimate interest in a product.  If we are out of stock and it will delay your order more than a few days, we will give you some options by email.  If we can split the shipment and still get it to you within the shipping amount we charged on the original order we will do so.  

Otherwise, we will either hold the order, cancel the backorder, or split the shipment at your expense.  We give you the choice.

We fill orders within 2-3 business days.  US Priority takes about 3-5 days after that.  Expect about 1 week on average for in stock shipments.

We will email you of anticipated delivery dates if it is going to be longer than this.  If you don't hear from us, don't hesitate to email or phone - there may be an error in your data that prevents us from reaching you!
