How to Order Yarn

Because of software limitations, we are currently unable to set up our product descriptions with long lists of available colors. So we've adapted another ordering method. Here's what to do:

Select the total quantity of each size you need and put that in the quantity box.  (Please utilize our Yarn Requirements Estimator on our TIPS page if you need help figuring how much yarn you need.)

Example:  If you want 3 knots of 415, 1 knot of 262 and 4 knots of 662, do this:

Put "8" in the Quantity box (3+1+4).  

Keep your color list at hand.  When you get to the checkout screen where you put in your name and address there will be a big box labeled "Special Instructions."  Put the colors and quantities in that box so we know how many of each.  Example:  Put 8 in the quantity box, then in Special Instructions put "415(3), 262(1) 662(4)" to get the quantities described above.

Common mistake:  Please don't put a "1" in the quantity box if you mean "one each."  Your order will only charge for one item.  We'll fix it on this end, but don't be surprised if our charges don't match your order confirmation as a result.
