Tip 6 - Using overdyed/variegated Paternayan persian yarn

These new colors are (left to right): Deep Augumn Forest (14), Bark (18), Ocean (16), Brick Walls (15), Spring Trees (13) and Twilight Sky (17).  Here are some ideas, uses and ways to adjust the color for your project.

Color Name Possible Uses Changing the color
Deep Autumn Forest: Flowers Sunsets Add 1 strand yellow to lighten, 1 strand beige, taupe or green to darken
Bark Bark:  Tree Trunks, Paving Stones, Cottage Walls, Slate and Woods, Shingle Roofs, Ground.  Add 1 strand beige to lighten; add 1 strand brown to darken
Ocean Tropical Lagoons, Flowers, Underwater Scenes Add 1 strand dark green to deepen; add 1 strand lighter blue to brighten
Brick Walls Autumn Leaves, Fire, Flowers, Flaming Sunsets Add 1 strand orange or red to brighten; add 1 strand deep red to darken; add 1 strand gold to lighten
Spring Trees Soft fields of lowers, impressionistic scenes Add 1 strand light green to lighten; add 1 strand dark green to darken; add 1 strand pale rose for more color
Twilight Sky Flowers, roofs, sky at dusk Add 1 strand blue gray to fade or to darken; add 1 strand lavender to add more color; add 1 strand light blue to lighten.
